2. Orders and Payment

• Order Process: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to personalization details, shipping address, and payment information.
• Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Orders are considered final once payment is confirmed.
• Pricing: Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final and include standard shipping. Additional costs apply for expedited shipping.

3. Personalization and Content Usage

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details provided are accurate and do not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit personalization details or content that:
  • Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
  • Includes offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language.
  • Includes unauthorized references to public figures, brands, or copyrighted characters.
• Intellectual Property: Magic Pages retains ownership of all original content created through our Services, including text and story formats. Personalized elements such as names and details you provide remain yours, but their integration into our content grants us the right to produce the final product.
• User Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Magic Pages harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the personalization details you provide.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Production and Shipping Times: We produce books at global facilities, including locations in France, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, and standard shipping is included. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on location. While we strive to meet estimates, delays due to postal services or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
• Shipping Accuracy: Ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. Magic Pages is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Personalized Products: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or contains errors caused by Magic Pages.
• Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as production begins promptly.
• Reporting Issues: If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting details and images. See our Return Policy for more details.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

• Data Collection: We collect personal information solely to fulfill your order and improve our Services.
• Data Sharing: Magic Pages does not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary to complete your order (e.g., shipping providers).

• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

• Magic Pages Content: All text, story formats, and other creative content produced by Magic Pages are protected under copyright and remain the exclusive property of Magic Pages. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
• User Content: By submitting personalization details, you grant Magic Pages the right to use, modify, and integrate this information into the final product.
• Third-Party Rights: Users must ensure their personalization requests do not violate third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from intellectual property issues will be governed by the laws outlined in Section 9.
